Our Mission
Finding the right car locally shouldn't mean having 30 tabs open, navigating clunky dealership websites, and dealing with outdated inventory. We built Motorscrape to solve a problem we faced ourselves: the fragmentation of local car inventory.
Our mission is to bring transparency and efficiency to the car buying process by aggregating local dealership inventory into a single, lightning-fast search experience.

Instead of relying on delayed third-party feeds or paid listings, Motorscrape goes straight to the source. We actively scan local dealership websites in real-time to bring you the most accurate, up-to-date inventory available.
By searching across multiple brands and stores simultaneously, you can compare options, find the best deals, and discover vehicles you might have otherwise missed.

What you see in search results is automated extractionfrom dealership websites—or structured data they publish—and optional enrichment where we have it. We do not manually curate every listing line-by-line. Interpret fields like price, mileage, or status as dealer-supplied information passed through our parsers; mistakes can happen when a retailer's HTML changes or when two vehicles share similar markup.
Freshnesstracks each dealer's own site: some update continuously, others batch overnight or weekly. A vehicle can sell minutes after we display it. Inventory counts also swing when a dealer temporarily blocks automated visitors or when our fetch chain exhausts retries—sparse results do not always mean "nothing for sale nearby."
